ROLE SUMMARY:
As a Business Development Representative, your primary focus will be on discovering, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities to drive our company's growth. You will collaborate closely with both the sales and marketing teams to create and implement strategies aimed at expanding our clientele and achieving revenue goals. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication abilities, demonstrate independence, and exhibit a strong ambition to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
KEY DUTIES:
- Identify and assess potential new clients through various methods, including outreach calls, email initiatives, and social media engagement.
- Establish and nurture relationships with prospective and current clients to advocate for our offerings.
- Partner with the sales team to devise and implement strategies that enhance sales and revenue.
- Conduct market analysis to uncover new prospects and remain informed about industry developments.
- Collaborate with the Growth and Expansion team to design and execute lead generation campaigns.
- Maintain precise records of all sales activities and client interactions within our CRM system.
- Participate in trade exhibitions, conferences, and other industry gatherings to showcase our services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a similar discipline is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and achieving sales objectives.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in B2B environments, particularly within SMB and Mid-Market sectors, with a proven success record.
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
