Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive Search Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop long-term relationships with client companies using sales, business development, marketing techniques, and networking.
  • Understand client needs and deliver a consultative solution by listening carefully to their demands in terms of candidate skill set.
  • Implement searches using internal and external methods, including thorough candidate interviews at different stages of the hiring process.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure paperwork, administration, and invoicing are handled correctly.
  • Actively search for new candidates, collect and review applications, and contact applicants' nominated referees to ascertain their work ethic and experience.
  • Negotiate pay and salary rates and finalise arrangements between clients and candidates.
  • Offer advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training, and career progression.
  • Actively seek to grow company business by partnering with new clients and hitting sales targets in terms of fulfilled business (revenue).
