About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Healthcare Support Worker in the Outpatient Department. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy and dynamic environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the smooth running of our clinics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Registered Practitioners in the provision of patient care under their guidance and supervision.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and tidy department, including ward stocks, storerooms, and clinical equipment.
  • Participate in the development of new skills and knowledge, with opportunities to work in various specialties, including General Medicine, Rheumatology, and Surgery.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
  • Good level of education, including GCSE Maths and English, Grade A-C or equivalent.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting, with a strong desire to work in a caring environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels, with a strong focus on patient care.
