Job Role
We are seeking a Bank Healthcare Worker to join our team at Priory Hospital Cardiff. As a Bank Healthcare Worker, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team to support our patients to receive optimal care.
Key Responsibilities
- Observe and monitor the well-being of patients, ensuring that any unusual physical, mental, or emotional occurrences are promptly referred to senior staff or the primary nurse and documented as appropriate.
- Develop and maintain a good professional relationship with patients, colleagues, and visitors, responding promptly and courteously to requests and enquiries.
- Offer services on an as-and-when-required basis, working a variety of shifts, including 12-hour daytime shifts.
Requirements
- Education to a minimum NVQ 1 or GCSEs in Mathematics and English.
- Understanding of the need for strict confidentiality.
- Basic IT literacy.
