Job Description

As an In-Store Commercial Manager at H&M Home, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to plan and execute daily store operations, working closely with the Store Manager and team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Focus: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a personalized and engaging experience for every customer.

  • Sales Growth: Work collaboratively with the team to drive sales growth, optimize store layouts, and implement effective visual merchandising strategies.

  • Team Leadership: Lead by example, demonstrating H&M Group's values and brand DNA, and providing coaching and guidance to team members to ensure they meet their full potential.

  • Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual presentation, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
