Key Responsibilities- Provide a comprehensive pharmaceutical service across various rotations, including critical care, paediatrics, surgery, and medical specialties.
- Work closely with the medical team to optimise medication regimens, educate patients on medications, and conduct audits to drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement clinical governance strategies to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Support junior or trainee pharmacists in their professional development and provide guidance on clinical practice.
- Contribute to the development of trust guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Professional qualification - General Pharmaceutical Council registration.
- Certificate in clinical pharmacy (at least 12 months complete and working towards 18 months).
- Post-registration UK hospital experience (minimum 18 months).
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Good organisational skills, self and others.
- Ability to motivate self and others.
