As a pivotal member of our team, you will take on the role of Commercial Claims Strategy Manager, focusing on the Indemnity sector. This position is designed for a dynamic individual who can navigate the complexities of claims management while driving strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the formulation and implementation of our technical strategy for the Indemnity Team, utilizing data analytics and modeling to identify customers at risk of indemnity breaches.
- Contribute to the forecasting and budgeting processes within claims, ensuring effective management of performance metrics critical to the customer experience.
- Devise strategies to mitigate market and competitor risks while seizing potential opportunities for growth.
- Identify avenues for performance enhancement and develop robust business cases for necessary changes within the claims process.
- Support the optimization of commercial strategies, proactively addressing challenges related to contractual breaches and negative customer behaviors.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across various functions to ensure cohesive operations.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in handling motor claims, with a comprehensive understanding of indemnity laws, including the Road Traffic Act and relevant agreements.
- Strong commercial insight, with a solid grasp of claims mechanics and breach processes.
