We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Commercial Manager to join our team at Hastings Direct. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer outcomes.

- Provide expert advice and guidance on commercial matters to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in a commercial or claims management role, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
