New Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
CSA Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Account Manager to join our team in Irvine, CA. This role will be responsible for developing new business opportunities in the Western North American Region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with new clients to meet sales targets and promote the full range of CSA Group services.
- Prospect for new customers within assigned territory using various lead generation and direct solicitation methods.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to win new business with companies that do not currently work with CSA Group.
- Prepare written proposals and quotes for clients, working closely with technical specialists and operations staff.
- Participate in industry associations and outside organizations to build relationships and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer contact, and expenses.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 or more years of sales experience or equivalent industry experience.
- Prior experience with sales CRM tracking software is a plus.
- Proven ability to consistently exceed sales goals and develop strong relationships with senior-level decision makers.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create and execute complex business strategies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High level of initiative and motivation to meet or exceed targeted goals.
- Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM database applications.
