Role Overview:
Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and maintaining an engaging store atmosphere? As a Shop Floor Associate at 8Bits, your responsibilities will include assisting customers, overseeing the shop floor, and ensuring the store operates seamlessly. Your contribution will be crucial in enhancing the customer experience and supporting store functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers with their inquiries, providing friendly and knowledgeable service.
- Ensure the shop floor is visually appealing by organizing, restocking, and displaying merchandise according to company standards.
- Manage the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle customer payments responsibly.
- Support inventory management, including receiving shipments, monitoring stock levels, and replenishing shelves.
- Provide customers with information regarding products, promotions, and store policies.
- Address customer questions and resolve any issues or complaints professionally.
- Assist in store promotions and sales initiatives to enhance performance and meet targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shop floor at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to sales, returns, and customer interactions.
