Are you a passionate and experienced business development specialist, seeking a new challenge within the mortgage industry?
Our company, Ultimate Banking Ltd, offers a range of financial services, providing a first-class customer experience and operating in a niche area of the mortgage market. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team, to cover a defined geographic area.
Duties will include:
- To proactively develop introduced mortgage business from a defined geographic area in line with the overall intermediary mortgage plan.
- To develop, regularly review and update a business plan for your defined geographical area, aiming to achieve agreed business mix.
- The business plan and contact strategy should be developed in conjunction with the intermediary telephone business development managers and other relevant internal stakeholders.
To be considered for this role, the successful applicant will have experience and skills in business development/relationship management within mortgages. Due to the nature of the position, you will hold a full UK driving licence and be located within the desired patch.
We would prefer this individual to be fully CeMap qualified, or to be working towards this qualification.
