About the Role
Jewson Partnership Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our trade customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Welcome customers to the branch, take an active interest in their projects, and offer advice and help to customers.
- Product Knowledge: Get to know our product lines and offer advice and help to customers, making the most of all customer interactions.
- Order Preparation: Help to prepare customer orders, load and unload customer and supplier vehicles using a Forklift Truck to minimise manual handling.
- Inventory Management: Maintain stock levels in both the shop and yard areas, carrying out regular stock counts.
- Health and Safety: Make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work.
