About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent German speaker to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients primarily based in the German speaking region, while also covering the English speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deal with incoming calls from the German and English markets
  • Deliver high quality customer service
  • Assist with new customer enquiries
  • Process orders received via the telephone, fax, e-mail or internet
  • Aim to build long term relationships with clients
Requirements

We are looking for a confident and fluent German speaker who will be able to communicate effectively with clients, coupled with strong administration and organisational skills. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Strong customer focus and professional approach
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Good computer skills
  • Positive 'can do' attitude
What We Offer

Our client is offering a competitive starting salary of up to £27,000, plus attractive company benefits. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
