About the Role:

Tate & Harriss - Property Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales/Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team in Rickmansworth. As a Sales/Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for registering and qualifying potential buyers, generating and conducting viewings, canvassing to bring on new properties, negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers, preparing sales brochures, and developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Register and qualify potential buyers to ensure a smooth sales process
  • Generate and conduct viewings to showcase properties to potential buyers
  • Canvass to bring on new properties to the sales portfolio
  • Negotiate the sale of properties between vendors and buyers to achieve the best possible outcome
  • Prepare sales brochures to showcase properties in the best possible light
  • Develop relationships and give advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis to ensure exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • Current experience in a Sales Negotiator role in the property industry or a strong background in customer service and sales
  • Local knowledge of Rickmansworth and surrounding areas
  • Confidence and a target-driven team player
  • High level of customer service skills and an excellent telephone manner
  • Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated
  • Must hold a full UK driving license and own their own car

What We Offer:

  • Basic salary of £22,000 to £25,000
  • OTE of £40,000 to £55,000 including commission and bonuses
  • Mon to Fri 8.30am to 6pm or 9am to 6.30pm every Saturday 10am to 3pm with a day back in lieu (5-day working week)
