We are seeking a seasoned Permanent Recruitment Team Leader to enhance our operations.


Location:
Hull, HU2 8NH
Compensation:
£43,000 - £63,000 plus uncapped commission and bonuses. This is a full-time, permanent position, with a Monday to Friday schedule. Please note that this role is entirely office-based.
Working Hours:
During Term Time:
Monday-Friday: 2x 9 hours (7:30 - 4:30), 2x 9.5 hours (7:30 - 5:00), and 1x 10 hours (7:30 - 5:30)
During School Holidays:
Reduced hours, approximately 1:00 - 4:00 pm.

As a billing Team Leader, you will oversee a team of accomplished Consultants and Resourcers, receiving full support and guidance from senior management.

This is a billing position, requiring a proven track record in agency recruitment, ideally with some management experience in the education or social care sectors.

You will excel by leading through example, driving your branch towards its maximum potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading from the front to cultivate business alongside your team.
  • Formulating and executing branch sales strategies to achieve desired outcomes, while conducting regular sales and operations meetings.
  • Expanding your team to build the best possible workforce, aligning with the TeacherActive culture.
  • Conducting regular one-on-ones and team briefings, sharing information about sales objectives, campaigns, and other pertinent details.
  • Recognizing employee accomplishments and fostering excellence within the work environment.
  • Inspiring the team to achieve optimal results through activity while maintaining a focus on well-being.
  • Ensuring all staff receive top-notch development, acting on feedback from the Learning & Development team.
  • Assessing team and individual performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Engaging with clients regularly to ensure high satisfaction levels and responding to feedback.

Required Qualifications:

  • A successful billing history in agency recruitment, preferably within the education sector.
  • Experience managing a team of Recruitment Consultants/Resourcers.
  • A confident and resilient demeanor.
  • Ability to build rapport and possess strong communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Capability to nurture relationships.
  • Knowledge of the education recruitment landscape.
