Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our Cooplands bakery team. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the bakery in the absence of the Manager, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and engage the team to promote sales, increase profitability, and maintain high standards of store cleanliness and food preparation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Requirements

  • Previous team leader or retail experience, preferably in a bakery or food service environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
