About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Change Specialist to join our team at Aviva. As a key member of our GL close and Governance team, you will be responsible for delivering assigned business change impacting Finance, specifically General Ledger, Finance Data Hub for UK GI Ireland and HealthCare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver assigned business change impacting Finance, including General Ledger, Finance Data Hub for UK GI Ireland and HealthCare.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process efficiencies and improvements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and technical teams.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on finance-related matters, including financial systems and data.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of finance-related policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of delivering change in a dynamic environment, including exposure to Agile methods.
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems and data, including General Ledger and Finance Data Hub.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process efficiencies and improvements.
