Role Overview

  • Assume responsibility for identifying potential clients within your target market and engaging them directly, as well as collaborating with the Demand Generation Team.
  • Understand the optimal positioning for our Customer Value Proposition (CVP) and identify previously unconsidered needs that can expedite customer decision-making.
  • Conduct thorough research on prospects to pinpoint compelling opportunities.
  • Develop persuasive talking points that illustrate the necessity for change to the prospect.
  • Interact with various stakeholders within the customer organization to foster clarity and momentum in your proposals.
  • Formulate strategies targeting desired prospects, including value propositions, key stakeholder identification, and engagement tactics (LinkedIn, email, phone, events, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Chubb Subject Matter Experts as needed to facilitate your opportunity progression through the Sales Funnel.
  • Apply the Chubb SIREN sales methodology effectively.
  • Work alongside your sales team and support functions to share insights and contribute to overall success across the sales organization.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage and track your performance.
  • Meet your quarterly and annual revenue and margin targets.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in business studies, marketing, psychology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Established sales methodologies to support opportunity creation, navigation, and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey both technical and non-technical concepts clearly.
  • Proven track record of significant new business development success from both self-generated and incoming leads.
  • A creative mindset capable of developing innovative service and product combinations.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure while adapting to new environments.
  • Ability to develop business plans with key milestones for success.
  • Strong business acumen and adaptability to various markets and product sales.
  • Experience in technical sales is advantageous.
  • Experience in the fire industry is a plus.
  • Commercial awareness is essential.
  • Proficient IT skills, including advanced use of Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM, and PowerPoint. (Training available)
  • A valid driving license is required.

  • Competitive base salary with OTE around £90,000 (Uncapped).
