Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Client Solicitor to join our thriving team at G2 Legal Limited. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will play a key role in handling a varied caseload, including wills, probate, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Caseload Management:
    • Independently manage a diverse private client caseload, ensuring timely and efficient handling of matters
    • Assist the Head of Department with their caseload, providing support where needed
  • Client Interaction and Home Visits:
    • Attend home visits as required, ensuring client needs are met with the highest level of service
    • Occasionally attend the firm's office or other locations as needed
  • Business Development and Networking:
    • Engage in networking and business development activities to support the growth of the department
    • Participate in staff training and development initiatives

About You:

  • A qualified Solicitor with a strong academic record and 3+ years of PQE in private client work
  • Proven experience in managing a busy caseload independently, with expertise in wills, probate, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
