Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team at Recruitpedia Nxt Gen Recruitment. As a key member of our operation, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver packages safely and efficiently: You will be responsible for loading and unloading packages from the delivery vehicle, utilizing GPS and following route planning for efficient deliveries to our customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service: You will be the face of our company, providing excellent customer service and effective communication with the office.
  • Handle packages with care: You will be responsible for handling packages with care, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition.
  • Adhere to company policies: You will be responsible for adhering to all traffic laws and company policies, conducting routine vehicle inspections and reporting any issues.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license: You must have a valid driver's license with less than 6 points.
  • Previous experience: Previous experience as a delivery driver is a plus.
  • Familiarity with GPS devices: You must be familiar with GPS devices and navigation apps.
  • Strong time management skills: You must have strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills: You must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy packages: You must be able to lift and carry heavy packages (23kgs max).
  • Reliability and punctuality: You must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team.
  • Background check and drug screening: You must pass a background check and drug screening.
