Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Specialist to join our team at Markerstudy Group. As a key member of our IT Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management of Service Delivery processes to maintain system stability and availability.
- Contribute to the troubleshooting and problem analysis of incidents and service events.
- Participate in the governance of the change management process to ensure minimal disruption to our services.
- Develop and maintain operational reporting, providing trend analysis and insights to inform business decisions.
- Identify and implement operational process and practice improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Support the Change Management process and Change Approval Body to ensure effective change control.
- Assist with operational governance and technology audits to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Develop and maintain system metrics and monitoring to ensure optimal service performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT Operations, Incident/Problem and Change Management.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to master new skills quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage multiple operational processes.
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and data analytics tools such as Excel and PowerBI.
