As a highly experienced technical leader joining our Cross Boundary Team, you will drive strategy and innovation, leading on the application development and coordination of technical teams to create and maintain products and services for DWP.

You will be a strategic thinker, responsible for developing and implementing technical strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
