About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Customer Support to join our team at Gatehouse Bank plc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our Customer Support function and ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a customer-centric culture that prioritizes customer needs and satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a team of customer support professionals to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to ensure that our customers receive accurate and timely information.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and complaints to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to our processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our customer support function is aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the bank.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a financial services organization.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
