Head of Customer Support

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Customer Support to join our team at Gatehouse Bank plc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our Customer Support function and ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a customer-centric culture that prioritizes customer needs and satisfaction.
- Lead and manage a team of customer support professionals to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver excellent customer service.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to ensure that our customers receive accurate and timely information.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and complaints to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to our processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our customer support function is aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the bank.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a financial services organization.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
