Key Responsibilities:

* Participate in assessment, planning, and delivery of direct patient care across the Urgent Treatment Centre
* Demonstrate specialist knowledge and skills at an advanced level
* Practice autonomously and within a defined multidisciplinary team in accordance with local guidelines and protocols
* Provide initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care
* Demonstrate critical thinking in the decision-making process
* Deliver a professional approach to the provision of high-quality care
* Be fully accountable and responsible for own patient list and managing workload during shift
* Independently assess, investigate, diagnose, and treat patients within competency

Requirements:

* NMC registered Nurse or HCPC registered Paramedic
* Evidence of relevant CPD
* Qualifications to support emergency and/or urgent care practice
* Advanced Life Support Instructor
