We are a prominent recruitment firm with a well-established division dedicated to AI, operational for several years. Our AI team specializes in diverse AI markets, collaborating with our broader Software, Technical Sales, ERP, Blockchain, and Engineering divisions. We seek a driven and experienced consultant with a solid background in 360 recruitment (Permanent, Contract, or both) to expand and manage their own segment within the AI domain.
In this role, you will engage with clients on groundbreaking technologies, interact with industry leaders, and establish your reputation in the AI sector. As part of a recognized AI brand and a growing team of recruitment specialists, you will enhance existing relationships while proactively reaching out to new clients and candidates to shape your own vision and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development initiatives
- Foster and maintain client relationships
- Lead and develop a high-performing team
- Negotiate commercial agreements and service level agreements
- Design candidate sourcing strategies, including headhunting and networking
- Manage offers and provide post-placement support
- Create and manage external job advertisements
- Build a candidate network within your specialized area
- Organize and conduct client meetings

Experience in recruiting within the AI and Data sectors is preferred. We also have a successful track record of transitioning consultants from other technical recruitment backgrounds who demonstrate the right ambition and are eager to explore this exciting field.
