About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Senior AI Recruitment Specialist or Principal Data Consultant to join our team at Cubiq Recruitment. As a key member of our AI and Data division, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional recruitment services to our clients in the high technology, engineering, and manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our client base and revenue growth in the AI and Data sector.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of recruitment consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional results.
  • Negotiate and agree commercial terms and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with clients.
  • Establish and maintain a strong brand presence through thought leadership and industry engagement.
  • Design and implement effective candidate sourcing strategies, including headhunting, social networking, and data mining.
  • Manage the offer process and provide post-placement support to clients and candidates.
  • Drive the strategic growth of our AI and Data desk and department.
  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate network within the AI and Data sector.
  • Arrange and lead new client meetings to identify business opportunities.

Requirements

We are open to experienced technical recruiters from the Software or other technical areas who are willing to cross-train into the AI and Data sector. A strong understanding of the AI and Data industry, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is essential for success in this role.
