About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Senior AI Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Cubiq Recruitment. As a key member of our AI and Data division, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional recruitment services to our clients in the high technology, engineering, and manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our client base and revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of recruitment consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional results.
  • Negotiate and agree commercial terms and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with clients.
  • Build and maintain a strong brand presence through thought leadership and industry engagement.
  • Develop and implement effective candidate sourcing strategies, including headhunting, social networking, and data mining.
  • Manage the offer process and provide post-placement support to clients.
  • Contribute to the strategic growth of our AI and Data desk and department.
  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate network within the AI and Data sector.
  • Arrange and lead new client meetings to identify business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in AI and Data recruitment, with a strong understanding of the sector.
  • Excellent business development and leadership skills, with the ability to build and manage a high-performing team.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong understanding of the AI and Data sector, with knowledge of emerging trends and technologies.
