Floor Manager

Nike Unite Cannock is seeking a skilled Floor Manager to deliver exceptional consumer service and drive a premium brand experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales floor employees, ensuring a seamless consumer journey, and maintaining a high level of store standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of sales floor employees to deliver exceptional consumer service and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate and motivate employees to maintain a positive work atmosphere and achieve store goals.
- Support the management of daily business operations, including digital services, visual merchandising, and promotional campaigns.
- Identify and solve problems in partnership with store leadership and ensure the store complies with Nike standards and guidelines.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve consumer engagement.
- Advanced customer service skills with experience in leading a team.
- Ability to coach and develop employees to achieve sales targets and maintain high store standards.
- Effective communication and leadership skills to drive team performance and engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques and drive sales growth.
