Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and provide world-class service to consumers
  • Coordinate and motivate employees to maintain an excellent work atmosphere and ensure compliance with Nike standards and guidelines
  • Support the management of daily business operations, including digital services, visual merchandising, and promotional campaigns
  • Identify and solve problems in partnership with store leadership and serve as a brand ambassador for Nike's initiatives

Requirements:
  • Four years of customer service and/or retail experience, with at least one year in a Floor Manager function
  • Ability to coach and develop a strong team
  • Effective communication, brand ambassadorship, and innovative leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques
  • Flexibility with scheduling and availability to work retail hours (9am - 10pm), including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
