Estate Agent Sales Negotiator

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join our team at Kings Permanent Recruitment for Estate Agents & Financial Services Professionals. As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with both vendors and purchasers, providing consistently high levels of service and communication, and overseeing sales progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with both vendors and purchasers
  • Providing consistently high levels of service and communication
  • Overseeing sales progression
  • Knowing a client's requirements to ensure efficient service
  • Arranging and accompanying viewings
  • Obtaining viewing feedback and negotiating sales
  • Assisting and mentoring team members

Requirements:

  • Passionate about providing a superb, professional, and friendly service
  • Proactive and a positive can-do attitude
  • Possess the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
  • Good IT skills
  • Smart and presentable
  • Full UK driving license
  • Have the right to work in the UK

Remuneration:

  • £24,000 - £25,000 Basic Salary, commensurate with experience
  • Share of Office Commission
  • Profit Share
  • £27,000+ On Target Earnings, rising as the office performance improves
  • 20 days holiday, plus the office is closed at Christmas, so no need to reserve personal annual leave during this period
