Job Opportunity: Foundation Lecturer
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Foundation Lecturer at Windsor Forest Colleges Group. As a Foundation Lecturer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education to our students, particularly those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a group of students with a range of learning difficulties, delivering courses that cater to their individual needs.
- Plan, develop, coordinate, and implement individual curriculum programs for students with disabilities, multiple learning difficulties, or other barriers to learning.
- Provide a holistic education program, integrating the physical, academic, social, and emotional needs of individual students.
- Teach on a range of full and part-time courses in subjects related to your skills and experience.
- Contribute to planning, delivering, and developing teaching and learning opportunities, as well as managing and supporting students in the department.
Requirements:
- Experience in teaching and managing students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
- Ability to develop and implement individual curriculum programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
