ESOL Lecturer Role

Windsor Forest College Group is seeking an ESOL Lecturer to join the Adults and Community team at our Slough & Langley College campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and academic support in ESOL, Maths, ICT/Digital Skills, Employability, and Citizenship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a teaching program for ESOL Pre-Entry to Level 2 classes for both 19+ and 16-to-18 age groups.
• Contribute to the development of the ESOL curriculum.
• Undertake initial assessment and enrolment duties.
• Assess student progress and prepare reports.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the line manager to monitor and improve student attendance.

Working Arrangements:

The successful candidate will be expected to teach up to 2 evenings per week.
