Job Title: College Lecturer

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated College Lecturer to join our team at Windsor Forest Colleges Group. As a College Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students, with a focus on Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, develop, and deliver individualized curriculum programs for students with disabilities, multiple learning difficulties, or other barriers to learning.
  • Lead and manage a group of students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, providing a holistic education program that integrates physical, academic, social, and emotional needs.
  • Teach on a range of full and part-time courses in subjects related to your skills and experience, including courses at all levels offered by the curriculum area and college.
  • Contribute to the planning, delivery, and development of teaching and learning opportunities, as well as managing and supporting students in the department.
Requirements:
  • Experience in teaching and supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of curriculum development and delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
