Lidl is seeking a talented and ambitious graduate to join our Property and Facilities Management team. As a graduate trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in facilities management, property management, and supply chain logistics.

What You'll Do

  • Develop expertise in facilities management and property management
  • Rotate through various departments, including facilities management, supply chain logistics, and procurement
  • Gain exposure to a national facilities management team and learn the market inside-out
  • Take on real project responsibility and make a tangible difference to our business
  • Develop into a role in your core area and become a facilities management specialist

What You'll Need

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying, Facilities/Building Management, Engineering, or Business
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Legally entitled to work in the UK on a full-time basis
  • Enthusiasm, resilience, and adaptability
  • Ability to communicate confidently and effectively across all levels of the business
  • Passion for playing your part in a team and ability to work independently
  • Self-motivation and determination to succeed in a fast-paced, challenging environment
