Job Title: A&E General Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated A&E General Nurse to join our team at Northumbria Healthcare. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing and planning patient care, implementing and evaluating nursing interventions.
  • Organizing and coordinating nursing services, exercising accountability and maintaining high clinical standards.
  • Role modeling compassionate and inclusive leadership, shaping a collective leadership culture within the trust.
  • Collaborating with the ward team to provide safe and effective patient care, managing and coordinating nursing services in the absence of senior staff.
