As part of the Brand Management team, you will play a key role in developing and executing trade marketing campaigns to enhance the brand's position in the market, driving sales and impacting bottom-line profits.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Senior Brand Manager to align strategies and develop trade marketing plans.
- Support negotiations and promotional agreements with key retail partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners to drive business growth.
- Execute trade promotions and assist the commercial team in supporting retailer meetings.
- Work with the insights team to conduct market research and analysis, informing trade marketing decisions.
- Manage the trade market budget and collaborate with external agencies and suppliers to produce trade marketing materials.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in trade marketing, preferably within the FMCG or wine industry.
- Strong understanding of the UK retail sector and wine market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
