Job Title: Trade Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Trade Marketing Manager to join our team at Refybeauty. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive awareness, consideration, and sales of our products within our key retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Retail Partner Relationship Management:
    1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, including Sephora, Selfridges, and Brown Thomas.
    2. Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies that align with both Refybeauty's brand objectives and the specific goals of each retail partner.
    3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive marketing approach that integrates retailer marketing into broader brand plans.
  2. Marketing Strategy Development & Execution:
    1. Design and execute marketing campaigns and in-store activations that enhance brand visibility, drive consumer engagement, and increase sales within retail channels.
    2. Work closely with retail partners to optimize Refybeauty's presence on their digital and in-store platforms.
    3. Track and analyze the performance of trade marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  3. Budget Management:
    1. Manage trade marketing budgets for all markets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
    2. Negotiate and secure additional marketing support and opportunities with retail partners to amplify Refybeauty's presence.
  4. Cross-functional Collaboration:
    1. Liaise with internal teams to align on product availability, inventory management, and promotional timelines to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
    2. Collaborate with the commercial team to identify and leverage growth opportunities within each retail partner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or brand management within the beauty or consumer goods industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing relationships with major retail partners, particularly in the beauty sector.
  • Strong understanding of the US and UK retail landscapes, with experience working with Sephora and/or Selfridges preferred.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
