About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Radiographer to join our team at Nuffield Health Brighton Hospital. As a Senior Radiographer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a high-quality diagnostic imaging service for a varied caseload, including inpatient and outpatient services.
  • Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Supervise and develop junior radiographers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent patient care.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice.
  • Collaborate with our medical consultants and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnosis and treatment of patients.

Requirements

  • A BSC degree in diagnostic radiography or equivalent.
  • A postgraduate qualification in a relevant field.
  • High levels of technical knowledge and expertise.
  • Experience of supervising and developing junior radiographers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
