The Role: Meetings & Events Sales Executive

We are seeking a driven and passionate Meetings & Events Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for maximizing revenue opportunities through confirmed bookings and enquiries for our hotel's meeting and event spaces.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads and develop relationships with potential clients.
  • Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase our facilities and services.
  • Prepare proposals and contracts for events, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Manage event bookings and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Proactively promote the hotel's meeting and event offerings.

What We Look For:

  • Previous experience in a sales role, ideally within the hospitality industry.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • A creative and proactive approach to generating new business opportunities.
