We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Reed, a specialist manufacturing company with a vibrant and busy environment. The role involves selling and distributing products across the UK and Europe, requiring a proven track record in sales, with experience in growing and developing business, managing large accounts, and reporting P&L to senior leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.
  • Prepare reports on account status and provide P&L reports to the senior leadership team.
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role within the manufacturing and engineering sector.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe as required.
