About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Partner to join our team at LifeSearch Limited. As a Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving excellence across our business while maintaining the care and attention to detail that is a hallmark of our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in generalist HR and a proven track record of delivering results-driven projects. You will be responsible for working closely with our Searchers to understand their needs and develop strategies to support their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support the growth and development of our Searchers
  • Provide guidance and support to our Searchers on HR-related matters
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to drive business objectives and initiatives
  • Conduct needs assessments and develop solutions to support the growth and development of our Searchers
  • Develop and implement training programs to support the growth and development of our Searchers
