Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Ann Summers. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to make personalized recommendations.
  • Drive sales growth by promoting products, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, supporting colleagues and promoting a culture of teamwork and respect.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, maintaining a visually appealing store environment that showcases our products.
