About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solution Leader to join our Digital Solutions team at Werfen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading agile squads and driving the development of innovative digital solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead agile squads and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure digital solutions align with business strategy and requirements.
  • Accountable for product-specific KPIs and communicate regular tracking to stakeholders.
  • Utilize market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with Digital Business Strategy to establish business value and support messaging, communication, and customer outreach.
  • Facilitate release planning and frequent demos with stakeholders.
  • Integrate usability studies and research into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Align outward-facing product requirements and stakeholders.
  • Set the go-to-market strategy and collaborate with stakeholders to direct and deliver on go-to-market activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Biological Science, Engineering, or Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 5-10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience with agile and scrum, preferred.
  • MBA, preferred.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Proven knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the relevant industry.
  • Strong collaborator with experience working in cross-functional teams from tech, design, and business.
  • Understanding and knowledge of various roles in regulated industries and how they interact with product offerings.
  • Understanding of laboratory and clinical workflows as it pertains to diagnostics, preferred.
  • Experience in facilitating agile ceremonies, managing a backlog/release plan, tracking team-level metrics, and removing blockers.
  • Experience in leading teams, preferably in an agile setting.
