About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Go-to-Market Lead to join our Digital Solutions team at Werfen. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will play a critical role in defining and executing the commercial strategy for our digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Solution Leaders to define the commercial strategy for digital solutions and develop a deep understanding of the industry and target markets.
  • Build close relationships with key stakeholders, including commercial affiliates, to ensure successful commercial implementation of digital solutions.
  • Develop and execute global marketing support programs to drive product launches and customer adoption.
  • Provide marketing assistance to field personnel and customers to ensure successful product implementation.
  • Work closely with the Digital Business Strategy team to understand the value of digital solutions and help define their positioning.
  • Identify and define the necessary resources, activities, and roadmaps to achieve product launches on time.
  • Determine the markets and customers to target, and develop a segmentation and prioritization strategy.
  • Support customer insights generation and analysis to inform product launch decisions.
  • Identify and define the channels to be used to bring digital solutions to market, and develop a go-to-market strategy.
  • Determine pricing levels and reimbursement routes and codes for target markets.
  • Identify legal and regulatory requirements for commercial deployment in target markets.
  • Prepare and coordinate marketing support programs, and contribute to the planning and creation of advertising and promotional materials.
  • Provide product training to commercial affiliates and field sales staff.
  • Coordinate knowledge transfer activities to ensure commercial affiliates and local teams are up-to-speed on digital solutions.
  • Support the preparation and provision of presentations to customers, and generate advocacy for digital solutions.
  • Monitor field tests and marketing introduction programs.
  • Maintain regular communications with commercial organizations on challenges with commercial implementation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Biological Science, Business Administration, or Marketing discipline, or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in marketing/product management positions, preferred.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar function within a medical device/diagnostics/healthcare organization, preferred.
Skills and Capabilities
  • Proven knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the relevant industry.
  • Experience with B2C digital products, preferred.
  • Experience in business and sales development, increasing client bases, client acquisition, marketing, sales pitches, and sales follow-up.
  • Experience in marketing, sales, and service operations/operations management.
  • Comfortable with managing change and ability to educate and influence various stakeholders.
  • Understanding and knowledge of various roles in regulated industries and how they interact with product offerings.
  • Understanding of laboratory and clinical workflows as it pertains to diagnostics, preferred.
Travel Requirements

Up to 20% of the time.
