We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our skin cancer patient caseload as a Clinical Support Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW) and contribute to the delivery of excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Communication: Manage patient communications, act as a point of contact for queries, and liaise with clinical and non-clinical teams.
- Patient Care: Show a caring and professional approach towards patients, relatives, and carers, and track patients using Trust systems.
- Organising and Planning: Ensure clinic lists are effectively utilized, rebook cancelled appointment slots, and attend meetings as required.
- Aptitudes: Supportive, respectful, innovative, and collaborative.
- Knowledge and Experience: Clerical/administrative experience, experience of dealing with the public, and previous NHS experience.
- Qualifications and Training: Educated to GCSE, grade C or above in English Language and Maths, and Business and Administration Level 3 NVQ or equivalent experience.
- Skills and Abilities: Effective communication, ability to work under pressure, and good IT skills.
