About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Clinic Support Administrator. As a key member of our front of house team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our clinic on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, taking the time to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with our lead nurse to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Take ownership of the presentation of our front of house area, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our clients.
  • Be proactive in problem-solving, identifying and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Support our team in achieving our goals and objectives, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements
  • At least GCSEs / Equivalent +.
  • 1+ year in the professional full-time workforce.
  • High standard of IT & Computer literacy.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Suite desirable.
