- Contribute to the development of clinical services and protocols, ensuring alignment with the hospital's strategic objectives.
- Participate in teaching and educational programs for medical staff, promoting excellence in palliative care.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Extensive experience in palliative medicine, with a strong track record of clinical leadership.
- Excellent clinical skills, with the ability to provide high-quality care to patients.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to supervise and mentor junior staff, promoting their professional development.
- Full GMC registration and entry on the GMC specialist register for Palliative Medicine or CCT due within 6 months of interview.
