Job Title: Senior Supported Living Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Supported Living Manager to join our team at Aspirations Care Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Support Workers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support services to individuals with learning disabilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Support Workers to deliver person-centered care and support services
  • Develop and implement care plans that promote independence and choice for individuals
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of clinical and personal support and service delivery
  • Collaborate with the Registered Area Manager to ensure effective team management and service delivery
  • Participate in on-call rota and provide support and guidance to team members as needed

Requirements:

  • Experience in supporting adults with complex learning disabilities
  • Experience with Autism and Positive Behaviour Plans
  • Good IT skills and experience of maintaining records
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or equivalent)
