Our Kitchen Team:

We're looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading by example, driving food quality, and mentoring junior chefs to achieve our high standards.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking an experienced Sous Chef who is passionate about delivering exceptional food quality, leading a team, and driving sales growth. As a natural leader, you'll be able to motivate and develop your team members, while maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Championing excellent service through quality food and maintaining high standards of presentation and taste.
  • Leading and developing a team of junior chefs, providing guidance and support to ensure they reach their full potential.
  • Working closely with your Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials.
  • Managing the kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety effectively at all times.
  • Driving sales growth through engagement with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
