About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Partnership Manager to join our team at uSwitch. As a key member of our Commercial Team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term partnerships with Energy suppliers and strategic partners.

Your primary focus will be on managing contract and commercial agreements with partners to secure the best deals for uSwitch and our customers. You will work closely with our Commercial Partners to develop and promote the uptake and use of our industry-leading data insight product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead contract and commercial agreements with Energy suppliers to secure the best deals for uSwitch and our customers
  • Take full ownership of our strategic Business Energy switching partnership
  • Build and nurture relationships with Commercial Partners, acting as their primary point of contact
  • Translate wider strategic needs within the market into commercial opportunities
  • Draw links between regulatory and consumer landscapes and use these as insights to forge senior relationships and establish thought leadership on industry-defining topics
  • Understand partnership performance, including in-depth statistical analysis on consumer behavior, sales conversion, product performance, and market trends, subsequently creating actionable results for the team
  • Work closely with partners and the uSwitch Insight team to develop and promote the uptake and use of the industry-leading data insight product
  • Develop industry knowledge through engagement and attendance at industry conferences
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Partnership Manager who can drive success in a rapidly evolving macro environment. You will have excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, as well as the ability to drive data-driven recommendations and strategies with clarity and impact.
